Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders leave our hands within 3 business days, and most arrive within 5 to 7 business days after that. You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

We do not ship outside the US yet. If you are somewhere else and want a copy, write to us and we will let you know when that changes.

Returns

If How To Play isn't right for your family, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The game should be complete and in resalable condition: all 36 cards and the 5 title cards, the booklet, and the box.

To start a return, email hello@howtoplay.cards with your order number. We will reply with a return address. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged or missing items

If your game arrives damaged, or a card is missing, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged copy.
