How To Play is made and sold by Jeremy Mace. This page explains what we collect when you visit this site or place an order, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to ship your game and answer your questions, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you order. Your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number if you give one. Payment is handled by our checkout provider; we never see or store your full card number.

When you write to us. Your email address and whatever you tell us.

When you browse. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, if we use analytics, anonymous page-view counts. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your order, send you order and shipping updates, answer your messages, handle returns, and understand which parts of the site people use. We will only send you marketing email if you ask for it, and every message will have an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the store: our checkout and payment provider, the carrier that delivers your package, and our email service. Each of them gets only what they need to do their job. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Children

This site is for grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@howtoplay.cards. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
